Job summary

Specs Family Partners is hiring a Front-End Associate in San Antonio to deliver exceptional guest service at the register and maintain an organized checkout area. You will operate the cash register, scan items, apply discounts, and assist customers with add-ons and the charity option.

You will handle payments, issue receipts, bag merchandise, and keep the area neat while upholding safety standards and company procedures. Previous cashiering is preferred, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read/write simple instructions and memos.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register or POS system and look up UPCs.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Suggest add-ons and charity options at checkout.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Bag and box merchandise and maintain tidy checkout area.
• Monitor price tags and ensure correct pricing during transactions.
• Assist with carry-outs and inventory support as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
