Job summary

Wingstop in Alabama is seeking a cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced environment. You will upsell items, provide menu recommendations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders.

Responsibilities include balancing the register, maintaining a clean FOH, and handling customer questions or complaints with professionalism. Prior experience with food service and cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as cashier or in a restaurant preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Excellent cash handling and POS skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
• Upsell menu items and promotions.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Balance the cash drawer at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness of Front of House.
