• Represent Wingstop's culture and mission to guests.
• Greet all guests promptly and handle orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage guest issues or complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, sanitation or employee issues as needed.
• Assist other positions when necessary to support operations.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and ring sales through the POS.
• Encourage add‑on sales to enhance guest experience.
