Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Utah store to greet guests, assist donors, and support retail operations.

You will replenish stock, maintain displays, process transactions, and help keep the sales floor neat, safe, and welcoming, with cross-trained duties.

The position requires a friendly, reliable team player who can work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Merchandise knowledge and cash handling are essential.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities is required.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks independently and accurately.
• Knowledge of current retail trends is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service standards are met.
• Utilizes the Guest Ready approach to keep the store clean and organized.
• Greets guests within 10 feet and assists with checkout.
• Encourages Round-Up donations to support programs.
• Processes merchandise-return transactions accurately.
• Watches for and reports suspicious activities.
• Maintains clean and organized checkout areas and displays.
• Demonstrates reliability and effective teamwork.
