Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Available to work all shifts (weekends and nights).

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Replenishes stock and maintains displays.
• Processes guest merchandise-return transactions accurately.
• Assists with Asset Protection and safety.
• Ensures guest service standards are met and store cleanliness is maintained.
• Demonstrates reliability and communicates constructively with the team.
