Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our retail store in Orem, UT. You will greet guests and donors, assist with merchandise, and handle checkout while maintaining store displays and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include processing returns, following guest service standards, and supporting store operations through cross-training. Weekend and evening availability is required, with a focus on reliability and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Available to work all shifts (weekends and nights).

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service standards are met.
• Accurately processes guest merchandise-return transactions.
• Assists with maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Monitors safety hazards and aids in corrections.
• Supports asset protection measures as needed.
• Cross-trains and assists in all retail operations as directed.
