Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet guests and donors, assist with retail tasks, and support daily store operations.

You will provide cashiering services, process transactions, help with rounds-up donations for programs, refresh displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required. This role supports ESGW's mission and store operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends; weekends and nights required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests and donors.
• Replenishes stock and maintains displays; keeps store neat and clean.
• Demonstrates cashiering competence and processes transactions.
• Asks guests to round up to generate funds for programs.
• Ensures guest service standards and safety.
