Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is hiring cashiers to greet guests, manage displays, replenish stock, and maintain a clean store environment. You will help meet daily sales goals and may be cross-trained to support all retail operations as needed.

The role requires the ability to handle cash operations, work with customers of varying abilities, and stand for extended periods. A background check is required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests.
• Change and maintain displays, and keep the store neat and clean.
• Assist with replenishment of stock and removing merchandise from the sales floor.
