Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos is seeking team members for a hospitality role focused on guest experience and efficient service at our Houston location. As a Hospitality Team member, you’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure meals are delivered promptly with a friendly, helpful attitude.

You’ll master the menu and promotions to tailor recommendations, run food to tables, and proactively offer refills while maintaining clean, inviting dining areas. Prioritize teamwork and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.
• 2 years of work experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• 2 years of experience using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process orders efficiently to ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, provide timely refills, and identify ways to exceed expectations.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean and inviting.
• Work with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
