Qualifications

• State and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications must be met.
• Certifications must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by location.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
• 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• 2 years of POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the Point of Sale, ensuring fast and accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding guest hospitality and ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly.
• Maintain neat, clean, and inviting guest-facing areas.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
