Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers, process transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming checkout area. You will handle returns and ship-to-home orders while supporting store operations and sales.

The role requires strong communication and reliable teamwork, with training provided. A retail background is preferred, and successful candidates are prepared to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge.
• Process sales, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate salesperson data in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the team to uphold company standards.
