Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly Cashier to create a welcoming, customer-first checkout experience and to process transactions with precision. This role also supports store operations, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized cashwrap.

You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and contribute to cross-selling and upselling while ensuring accurate handling of Ship to Home orders using the POS system. Team collaboration is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product knowledge while supporting cross-selling and upselling.
• Process sales, returns, promotions, and Ship to Home orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain customer profiles, capture salesperson data, and prepare merchandise through scanning, folding, and bagging.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising standards, and complete required training.
• Collaborate with the team and help identify talent through networking and sourcing.
