Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, answer questions, and support cross-selling and upselling. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing purchases and returns, maintaining accurate POS data, and keeping the cash wrap tidy while supporting visual merchandising. A flexible schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate a register and stand/walk for multiple hours; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and salesperson data in the POS system.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.
