Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Baton Rouge is seeking friendly Hospitality Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and deliver memorable dining experiences. You’ll learn the menu, assist with seating, run food to tables, and keep the dining area clean while collaborating with managers and the kitchen.

This role offers pay at $11.00 per hour plus pooled tips, flexible schedules, a damn good food discount for you and your spouse, and benefits after milestones including 401(k) after 6 months and PTO after 1

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders at the POS, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver meals to tables and ensure order accuracy and timely service.
• Learn the menu and promote promotions to tailor recommendations to guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize guest-facing areas.
