Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while handling store-level tasks. The role supports creating a welcoming environment, executing store policies, operating the POS, and keeping the store clean and stocked.

The position emphasizes flexible hours, physical tasks, and collaboration with management to address guest needs and vendor relations, with the company offering competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
