Job summary

Spec's Family Partners in Prosper, TX is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, handle cash transactions, and maintain a tidy, stocked checkout area. You will greet guests, scan items, apply discounts, and assist with bagging while upholding safety standards.

As a cashier, you will work with customers, process payments, and support inventory and store operations. Flexible Friday/Saturday shifts and full-time or part-time options exist.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience preferred; able to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions and discounts.
• Excellent communication with guests and coworkers; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner; handle payments accurately.
• Greet guests, suggest add-ons, and apply the specs discount when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, stocked checkout area and assist with bagging.
• Follow safety and company policies; lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
