Dave & Buster's is seeking a Captain who greets Guests, guides them through Midway, game rentals and dining experiences with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You will enforce house policies, support safety, help with events, maintain equipment areas, and ensure guests feel valued and eager to return.

This role requires strong communication, a willingness to multi-task, and availability for days, nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Enforce house policies and maintain safety in all areas.
• Assist guests with questions and directions across Midway, retail and dining.
• Greet Guests with enthusiasm and provide responsive service.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
