Dave & Buster’s in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a part-time Captain – Customer Service to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through our Midway, retail, game rental and dining experiences. You will be the first point of contact for safety and policy enforcement, ensuring a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities include delivering timely service, diffusing difficult situations, assisting with event setups, and helping Guests with all questions while maintaining a positive, professional

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with multiple tasks.
• Guide guests through Midway, retail, game rental and dining experiences.
• Maintain safety and enforce house policies across front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bars, kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests and Team Members.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of events and rentals, and support technicians or management as needed.
