Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Canton, OH seeks a Captain to welcome Guests and guide them through Midway, retail, game rental and dining experiences. You’ll be the first impression, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll enforce house policies, protect safety, coordinate with teams, assist with events, restock and maintain game areas, and help Guests with questions. Must be 18+, able to read and communicate in English.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to guide guests through Midway, retail, game rental and dining experiences.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and provide helpful information.
• Enforce house policies and maintain safety across all areas.
• Assist with setup, breakdown and restocking of rental equipment and game areas.
• Coordinate with team members to manage wait times and guest inquiries.
• Support event setup and guest assistance as needed.
