Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Maria is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our bakery family. You will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting to support all areas of the shop and create memorable guest experiences.

You'll greet customers, help them choose products, and maintain a clean, food-safe environment. Prior retail or bakery experience is a plus, but not required; we provide paid training and a fun team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
