Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative/Crafter at our Woodmore Towne Centre location in Glenarden, MD. This role focuses on greeting guests, helping them choose the perfect cake, and processing orders with care in a fast-paced bakery setting.

You’ll educate customers on cake options, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and assist with decorating and packaging to ensure on-time pickups and delightful celebrations for every guest.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; applicants must be 16 years or older.
• Previous guest service experience in bakery, restaurant or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs to provide a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors and promotions.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and assist with special promotions.
• Assemble and package cake and balloon orders per guest specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and restock merchandise as needed.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely pick-up or delivery of orders.
