Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house staff. This part-time role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering meals and drinks with a positive attitude.

You will describe menu items, offer drink suggestions, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area while handling basic cash register duties in a bustling setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related role.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and answer phones with a friendly demeanor.
• Describe menu items and suggest drinks to guests.
• Take accurate orders and deliver them promptly.
• Prepare and serve beverages and basic food items as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Check temperatures of equipment to ensure proper function.
• Operate cash registers and card machines.
