Job summary

Westwood Country Club is seeking a friendly busser to support dining room service. The role focuses on clearing dishes, setting and resetting tables, and refilling drinks during primarily dinner and some lunch shifts.

Eligible candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and maintain a neat, professional appearance while providing attentive service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• It will be important to demonstrate energy, motivation and a professional appearance.
• Ability to remain standing for several hours and carry about 35 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance with availability days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Food & beverage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare busser stations before service and restock as needed.
• Greet guests and serve water promptly after seating.
• Bus and pre-bus tables, especially before new courses.
• Bus, set, and reset tables quickly after guest departures.
• Deliver dirty dishes to the dish pit and assist other staff as needed.
