EAST Miami is seeking a Busser/Runner/Buffet Attendant to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You’ll help maintain pristine dining areas and ensure smooth service, delivering warm, attentive guest experiences in a vibrant Miami hotel.

The role emphasizes teamwork, energy, and a passion for guest service, with opportunities to contribute to a unique hotel culture and guest memories. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Food & beverage knowledge
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Strong attention to details
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clear all tables of dishes, reset tables for new guests
• Polish glasses and silverware for use in the outlet
• Transport food/drink items from kitchen/bar to dining room promptly
• Provide customer service to external and internal guests, greet guests in the area
