Job summary

EAST Miami is seeking a dedicated Busser to support a lively dining team. You will clear and reset tables, polish glassware, and transport items from kitchen to dining room while delivering friendly service to guests.

The role requires basic food and beverage knowledge, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, meticulous attention to detail, and availability for weekends and holidays. Perks include team meals, complimentary room nights, health benefits, dining discounts and parking.

Responsibilities

• Clear all tables from dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and dirty linen; then reset tables for new guests.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet.
• Transport all necessary food/drink items from kitchen/bar to the dining room as soon as possible while following all standards of service.
• Provide customer service to external and internal guests, greeting guests who pass by your area.
