ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Busser at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you are the bridge between the dining room and the kitchen. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.

• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.

• Listen attentively to guests to ensure their needs are met.

• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.

• Observe and monitor table turnover by taking note of occupied, dirty or clean tables.

• Support the front-of-house team in resetting tables quickly to seamlessly transition tables to guests.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

• Manage time to ensure that all trash is discarded in a timely manner and all dishes are ready for use.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times.

• Multi-task and balance between bar and dining room orders.

• Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.

• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.
