The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and the ability to learn multiple systems. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is expected in this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Teamwork and strong communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Troubleshoot lane issues and process payments.
• Escort guests to lanes and maintain bowl desk and lanes.
