Main Event is seeking a Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome guests, guide them through activities, and ensure a FUN and safe bowling experience. You will uphold cleanliness, assist with lane setup, and handle shoe rentals while providing top-notch guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunctions.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
• Process payments and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes.
