Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage, providing porter services.
• Transport luggage to/from rooms and assist with departures.
• Answer guest inquiries and promote hotel services to guests.
• Maintain lobby, courtyard and entrances, keeping areas clean and debris-free.
• Provide information about local attractions and directions to guests.
• Log deliveries and guest requests accurately for follow-up.
