Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a friendly Bellperson for Harbor Court Hotel in San Francisco, CA. You will assist guests with luggage, deliver items, and promote hotel services while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby environment.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with transportation needs, providing directions and local recommendations, and upholding a courteous, professional demeanor throughout shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle cash or credit.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests by helping unload luggage and transport to rooms.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms and into/out of vehicles as needed.
• Deliver laundry, newspapers, ironing items, additional linens, and other requests; maintain a log of deliveries.
• Explain hotel services, provide up-to-date information to guests, and promote hotel amenities.
• Keep lobby, courtyard and entrances clean and presentable; assist guests with directions and local recommendations.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor; ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel policies.
