Job summary

Marriott Tampa Westshore in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly Bellman/Shuttle Driver to assist guests with luggage, escort them, and shuttle them safely to designated locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a hospitality environment. Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the Tampa area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing directions as needed.
• Operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles and bell equipment.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions to guests.
• Coordinate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist with other guest services duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
