Guest Services Shuttle Driver / Bell Attendant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team to serve as a Shuttle Driver and Bell Attendant at Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to our hotel
• If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, open their door and welcome them to the resort/hotel
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in
• Upon check‑in, escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining our amenities and fun facts
• Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and open the door for all guests
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• Be the difference with all guests and employees and aim to exceed the norm

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Must work well in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Clean driving record validated via MVR
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
