Job summary

Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Shuttle Driver / Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide friendly service that sets the tone for a memorable stay.

You will escort guests to the front desk, share local area information, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless experience. A clean driving record and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-service role with strong guest interaction.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and calmly.

• Escort guests and their luggage to front desk for check‑in.

• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience.
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Demonstrate the "Be the Difference" approach with guests and employees.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Pleasant, helpful, outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Clean driving record validated via MVR.
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
