Job summary

Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa in downtown Anchorage is seeking a friendly Guest Service Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, and drive the hotel shuttle.

You will promote hotel amenities, provide directions, respond quickly to bell requests, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable transport knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate under high pressure and maintain composure.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold doors, and provide excellent guest service.
• Assist guests with luggage, tag and store luggage, and maintain records of incoming and outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel property, services, and hours of operation; provide directions to facilities and local attractions.
• Promote hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc) to guests.
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
