Job summary

Rivers Casino Portsmouth is seeking a motivated Front Desk/Valet Supervisor to lead our Bell and Valet teams in delivering exceptional guest service. You will coordinate daily operations, schedule staff, and ensure staff present a professional appearance while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, handling guest inquiries, managing incidents, and assisting with budgets and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years supervisory customer services experience preferred.
• Experience in Bell/Valet or customer service position preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Bell and Valet staff operations.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; resolve problems and discipline as needed.
• Schedule team to ensure adequate coverage and optimal guest services.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel and casino amenities for guest inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgets.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain front drive/entry cleanliness and organize luggage and packages.
