Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Bell Expeditor in the Front Office to greet guests, open doors, manage vehicle flow in the front circle, and assist with valet operations. This position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Open doors of vehicles arriving or departing the hotel.
• Direct the flow and parking of vehicles in the front circle.
• Answer the telephone at the bell desk and arrange assistance for guests.
• Direct the luggage/valet attendants on duty rotation and record information in the control logbook.
• Assist in valet parking, tagging bags, loading/unloading luggage and lost luggage.
• Provide information about the resort, facilities, restaurants, and local attractions.
