Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Bell Attendant to ensure guests are comfortable in the lobby and assisted with luggage and room orientation. You will be the ambassador in the lobby, offering thoughtful service and local recommendations.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, timely luggage transport, and collaboration with Front Office and Valet to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of bell stand service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including overnight and afternoon shifts with weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby.
• Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room.
• Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle.
• Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery.
• Amenity delivery and set up.
• Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations.
• Providing guest services upon request.
