Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa, located in California, is seeking a friendly Bell Person to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms throughout their stay. You will help with requests, share local tips, and maintain a tidy lobby and bell desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist guests with luggage, including storage and retrieval
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area
• Escort guests to their rooms and ensure they are comfortable
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation
• Keep bell desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Stock bell desk with supplies
• Complete daily reports and logs
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
