Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, CA, seeks a friendly Bell Person to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide visitors to local attractions.

You’ll be the first and last touchpoint of the guest experience, ensuring comfort and delivering information about hotel services and the surrounding area. The role offers a competitive starting wage with tips and a suite of employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and provides helpful information.
• Assist guests with luggage, storage, and retrieval.
• Answer questions about the hotel and local area.
• Escort guests to rooms and ensure comfort.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and hours.
• Keep bell desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Stock bell desk with supplies.
• Complete daily reports and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow hotel policies.
