Job summary

Shepherd's Hollow + Pine Trace Golf is seeking enthusiastic servers and bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our clubhouse and turn grille. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with shifts that cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation is $5.49 per hour plus tips, with estimated earnings of $150-$200+ per shift. We provide comprehensive training and offer employees the opportunity to play the course at no charge as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior restaurant service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks.
• Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille.
• Assist with high-quality food and beverage services for events, banquets, and golf outings.
