Job summary

Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club seeks enthusiastic servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premier club setting. Full-time and part-time positions exist, with a focus on friendly, professional service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring high standards of dining and beverage service for events and daily clubhouse operations. Training is provided for all new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks.
• Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille.
• Support high-quality food and beverage service for events, banquets, and golf outings.
