Job summary

Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club is seeking friendly servers and bartenders to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in our clubhouse and event spaces. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with shifts around 8 hours and a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior restaurant service and customer service experience, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant service experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends.
• All experience levels welcome; training provided; bartending experience not mandatory but preferred.

Job Summary

Shepherd's Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Servers and Bartenders. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and a dedication to superior service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation

$5.49 per hour + tips (Estimated earnings of $150-200+ per shift)

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks.
• Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille.
• Actively participate in providing high-quality food and beverage services for special events, banquets, and golf outings hosted at the course.

Schedule

• Shifts are approximately 8 hours in duration.
• Availability is required for AM/PM shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

• All experience levels are welcome- we provide comprehensive training for all new staff! (Prior bartending experience is not mandatory, but preferred).
