Job summary

Salt Ranch in East Nashville is seeking a bartender to maintain bar supplies, know drink recipes, handle cash with MICROS, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work as part of a team delivering great experiences for guests.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to liquor liability training every 2 years.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and associates.
• High work ethic and self-inititative in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Experience with bar operations and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Be familiar with liquor, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and beverage availability.
• Charge guests accurately and handle cash using MICROS or registers.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years.
