• Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders.
• Monitor tables in the section to ensure all patrons are served.
• Remove dirty glasses, wash as needed, and dispose of bottles properly.
• Maintain a clean bar station and stock as needed.
• Compute bills and accept payments; log bar inventory.
• Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
