Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a bartender to deliver prompt, courteous service and premium beverage experiences for guests. You will maintain a clean, guest-ready outlet and support the team during busy shifts.

The role requires at least one year in food and beverage, HS diploma (assoc degree preferred), and relevant certifications. You will handle drink preparation, cash handling, and ensure safety and quality in every service.

Qualifications

• One year experience in food and beverage position.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Food Handling and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform major life activities: Standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
• Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds unassisted and lift and/or carry 30 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach.
• Must be able to see and hear
• Must be able to communicate with other associates and/or guests.
• Prepare/serve drinks as requested by guests
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Maintain liquor inventory regularly.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing
