Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a guest-ready working area and supplies.
• Prepare/serve drinks as requested by guests.
• Process guest charges and gratuities according to standards.
• Maintain safety and security practices and know emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with high-quality product and service.
• Maintain certification from brand-approved responsible vendor training.
• Maintain liquor inventory regularly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
