Job summary

Swig is hiring for an entry-level crew member in Twin Falls, Idaho. You’ll join a fast-paced environment, greet guests, craft drinks, and help keep the store clean and organized while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll participate in prep, stocking, and to-go orders, with opportunities for growth. A food handler’s permit and reliable transportation are required, and previous restaurant experience is a plus. Earn 9–14 USD per hour with tips included.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining room and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain food rotation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upsell add-ons and promote menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to company policies and values, perform other duties as needed.
