Job summary

Swig is seeking energetic team members to join our fast-paced restaurants. You’ll craft drinks and food, greet guests with a smile, and help keep the dining area spotless while delivering a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages, stocking, assisting with to-go and delivery orders, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining room and workspaces spotless and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to keep things efficient.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and help customers discover new items.
• Follow all policies and perform other duties as needed.
