Job summary

Swig is seeking team members to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep spaces clean in a fast-paced, family-like setting. You’ll learn drink prep, assist with to-go orders, and contribute to a welcoming dining room with a smile and solid teamwork.

Entry-level roles with flexible hours. Pay ranges from $10 to $12 per hour including tips, with opportunities for growth as you gain experience in a popular brand across Utah. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Food handler's permit required.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Keep dining areas, outdoor spaces, and workstations clean and organized.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and uphold Swig’s values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
