Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following standards.
• Keeps the shop clean, stocked, and safe.
